Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Introduction
Simulacra Technologies provides "Online Courses" and other "Services" (including but not limited to consulting, development, maintenance, etc.). "Online Courses" and other "Services" have separate conditions for refunds. They are detailed below.
Online Course Refund Policy
Fees paid to avail our Online Courses may be refunded only in the following scenarios:
- If the student is eligible for the refund based on ongoing promotions. We will contact the student via email if this is the case.
- If we have failed to conduct the course as advertised, a full refund will be issued.
- If the course is cancelled after it starts, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Simulacra Technologies.
- If the course is cancelled before it starts, a full refund will be issued.
We are unable to offer any refunds after the certificates for course completion have been issued.
Promotional refunds are only applicable on full completion of all modules and requirements of the opted Online Course. If the course is not completed, then no promotional refund will be offered.
Services Refund Policy
Fees paid to avail our Services are non-refundable, except in the following scenarios:
- If Simulacra Technologies fails to deliver the services promised according to the Acceptance Criteria, we will refund the Advance Amount.
- If the Client cancels their services after starting the engagement but before delivery, they may be eligible to receive a partial refund of their Advance Amount at the discretion of Simulacra Technologies.
- If the Client cancels their services before starting the engagement but after discovery phase ends, a partial refund will be given.
We are unable to offer refunds after the delivery of services is completed.
